Mosaic Scarf

Thought that I'd try mosaic knitting since I have not done any knitting with two colors as yet. I figured it's a good way to get my feet wet. The pattern recommended a solid and a variegated color. I used Cascade worsted weight wool in fushia and Patons classic wool again dyed with Kool-aid. I wanted a mauvey pink and light celery green to contrast the vivid fushia color. So a little pink lemonade with a dash of berry blue and diluted lemon lime. So far so good.

I love the kool-aid dyeing, I just might have to try it. I have a skein of fishermen wool in natural just begging for some color!!

What a gorgeous scarf! I can't wait to see the finished project. Your mad koolaid skills are really shining through in this scarf. :)
